As I'm sure you all saw this week the major talking point has to be the one humped camel. Let me jump straight in, now Jamie and Kieran are great thinkers and fantastic businessmen and that's what has me so shocked. For Jamie firstly to suggest the camel and for Kieran to run with it just amazes me. As it turned out it seems kieran didn't fully back it, (as we found out in the boardroom) but why didn't he push for for the advert he knocked together himself in the morning?? For me his advert would probably given us a good run for our money if not beaten us.

Our team worked well this week. Panos I thought was a great leader, good manager and nice to work for. We worked the best though when we were sitting by the pool at the 5* Hilton in Portugal, it was simply amazing. We were treated like proper celebrities, chambers, amazing food, spa treatments, golf, and the list goes on!!

I have to talk about Niamh Humphrey since she got fired, but to be honest thats the only reason I am. It disgusted me for her to refuse to shake Caroline's hand after she was fired. Niamh kept claiming that Caroline let friendships with the lads cloud her judgement, but COME ON, Caroline made the right call, if she did bring the lads in, she prob would have gone as she would have been the weakest. What really got my goat up was Niamh telling tales (not even the true happenings) to the press about things that went on in the house well after she was rightly fired. I think its a case of - if you throw enough mud some might stick. It's a pity because I actually liked Niamh but she's let herself down bigtime....

Next episode is number four and my god is it heating up. I'm voted in as PM this time and it is a cracker so be sure to come and join me in the East Village......
